One Year Delay to NetDMR Electronic Reporting

Posted on Wednesday, August 09, 2017

Beginning on September 1, 2018, TCEQ requires Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) stormwater permittees to submit their discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) electronically through the NetDMR reporting system - unless a waiver is issued until then that notes otherwise.

The EPA signed the final rule on September 24, 2015 that requires National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulated entities to electronically submit permit and compliance information electronically.  As of now, there is a temporary one year extension that will allow stormwater permittees to submit paper DMRs until the rule is in effect.  The extension will expire on August 31, 2018.
