The eSPARC Fellowship Program is a unique experiential learning program that offers recent college graduates and entry level candidates with two years or less work experience an opportunity to experience a variety of environmental projects and to test-drive the consulting career field. The Fellow will rotate through a variety of projects, emphasizing exposure to different clients, industries, and types of environmental programs. Individuals are able to distinguish themselves early through their contributions to the company.
